A forum to help Birmingham businesses promote themselves more professionally is set to be relaunched.
Birmingham Chamber of Commerce and Industry's sales and marketing club is back with a new look and a new format.
A series of seminars, interactive workshops and forums that have been developed to help as many people as possible.
A spokesman said topics to be covered will include:
* Branding and brand design
* Finding new customers
* Making Existing customers more profitable
* Direct marketing
* Motivating your sales team
* PA's Guide to Marketing
* Getting press coverage
* The legal Issues of marketing Lisa Ibbotson, events manager at Birmingham Chamber, said: "It may sound obvious, but sales and marketing is crucial to any business - without attracting new customers they simply can't survive.
"Developing a marketing strategy is time consuming and many small firms are tempted to put it to the back of their minds while they concentrate on running their business. The Sales & Marketing Club will provide easy to understand techniques that will have the maximum impact for the minimum cost and time."
The first event - free and exclusive to Chamber members - in the new series focuses on Branding and Brand Design takes place on September 15 as part of the first Business Link Academy.
