Yorkshire Bank Corporate & Structured Finance has expanded its team in Birmingham with the appointment of Maria Horsham as an associate director.
Ms Horsham joins from Royal Bank of Scotland where she started her career in banking 14 years ago.
For the past four years she has been part of its structured finance team, managing a portfolio of clients as well as a number of national lending programmes.
At Yorkshire Bank Corporate & Structured Finance, she will join the acquisition finance team and will manage relationships with a number of key private equity backed clients and support the bank’s growth plans.
She said: “Yorkshire Bank Corporate & Structured Finance has really made its mark on the region in terms of supporting acquisitions and corporate refinancing deals.
“This is a good opportunity to further develop my career within a highly regarded and fast-growing team.”
