Droitwich Spa-based accountancy practice Ballard Dale Syree Watson has made two new appointments to support the firm’s strategic growth plans.
Tej Baden takes up his post as audit and accounts manager with an emphasis on servicing clients in the healthcare sector.
Also joining the practice as an audit and accounts manager is James Syree, who previously worked for RSM Tenon.
Mr Baden is a former student of Tettenhall College and he studied accounting and finance at the University of Aberystwyth.
Prior to his appointment with Ballards, Mr Baden was also employed by accounting firm RSM Tenon, where he acted for North America-domiciled clients that have a strong operational presence in the UK.
Mr Baden has also worked for his family’s pharmaceutical business, where he gained an insight on the issues affecting professionals in the healthcare sector.
Mr Syree is a former student of the King’s School Worcester and he has a degree in business administration from the University of Cardiff.
With experience in acting for a number of multi-national global telecommunications and technology companies, Mr Syree will be responsible for servicing many of Ballards’ existing owner-managed and family businesses.
Ballard Dale Syree Watson’s partner and founder member Bill Ballard said: “These two new key appointments indicate the way we are evolving into a practice that can provide the same wide range of integrated services as our national multi-site competitors.”
