Catalyst Corporate Finance has boosted its business development and research capabilities with two new additions to the team, David Diez-Jones and Hannah Thackrah.
Mr Diez-Jones, a graduate in accounting and finance from Exeter University joins as an M&A analyst in the research team where he will provide support in completing deals and will also contribute to Catalyst’s research reports.
Ms Thackrah, a graduate from Aston University, originally spent her placement year at Catalyst and having gained a first class degree has now joined as a business development analyst.
In this role she will manage the CRM system and support the partners and deal-makers in their business development initiatives.
Catalyst managing partner Andy Currie said: “We are delighted to be expanding our team in a marketplace that remains challenging.
“Following a record start to the year we will continue to focus on originating deals in the mid-market and the recruitment of David and Hannah will strengthen our skills in this area.
“We fully expect 2010 to be a record year for Catalyst in terms of the number of deals completed, and we are continuing to recruit in all areas of the business.”
