Sutton Coldfield-based Towergate Insurance and Cancer Research UK have announced the launch of a new insurance affinity partnership to help raise funds for the charity,

‘Help Beat Cancer’ Insurance provided by Towergate Insurance supporting Cancer Research UK is a three year partnership between Towergate Insurance and Cancer Research UK which hopes to raise £3 million.

Under the agreement Towergate has promised to pay 30 per cent of its commission to Cancer Research UK for every ‘Help Beat Cancer’ Insurance product sold.

Help Beat Cancer Insurance will also seek to beat customers home renewal insurance premiums by 10 per cent subject to terms and conditions.

From November the Help Beat Cancer Insurance products are available to customers seeking to purchase their home, travel, boat or caravan insurance.

The partnership builds on the long-standing relationship between the charity and insurance provider. Since 2008 Towergate staff and clients have raised over £1 million for pioneering cancer research.
