Stourbridge-based Get Me Staff Recruitment Services has gone into administration.
The company has appointed Steve Wood and Scott Bevan from Mazars’ restructuring services team in Birmingham as administrators.
The business, which also operated in Rugby, Northampton and Cannock, had an annual turnover of around £3 million and employed ten people directly with 70 temporary staff on its books.
It provided temporary, permanent and contract staff in industry sectors including driving and distribution, factory and industrial, food industry, commercial and sales, promotions and events, construction and facilities, and government and corporate services.
Mr Wood said: "The business had proposed a voluntary arrangement to its creditors but this had been rejected prior to our involvement. "Certain parts of the business and assets of the company were sold prior to our appointment as administrators and we are now focusing our attention on the realisation of the company’s debtors.
"The administrators’ proposals will report more fully on the administration in due course."
