Kleinwort Benson has added two new faces to the team at its Birmingham office.

Jennifer Macintyre joins as a senior private banker with Samantha Brown taking up the role of team private banking assistant.

They join Graham Lucas, who has been based in the Birmingham office for four years.

Jennifer has worked in wealth management for more than seven years, most recently at Investec Private Bank where she was a senior investment practitioner, managing bespoke investment portfolios for a number of ultra-high net worth international families.

Jennifer began her career with Coutts & Co and has broad experience of advising clients in all areas of their wealth planning, from cash management to complex investment solutions and lending requirements.

Appointed to work alongside Jennifer and to support the wealth management team as a whole, the second new face at the Birmingham office is Samantha Brown.

She joins from Coutts & Co, and with more than eight years of experience in the financial services industry – three of which are in private banking – she brings expertise in managing client events and delivering the highest quality private client experience.

Samantha, who started her career with HSBC where she worked in a wide variety of client-facing roles, will be instrumental in supporting client relations and will play an active business development role.

Colin Rowe, head of private wealth management for the regions, is pleased to have both individuals as part of his team.

“Jennifer is a highly experienced practitioner and the financial acumen she has brought to the Birmingham team will be of immense benefit to clients and her colleagues alike,” he said.

“Both Jennifer and Samantha have already become an integral part of our broader regional team and it is a pleasure to have them on board.”
