Burgis & Bullock Corporate Finance has announced the appointment of Simon Chapman as a new corporate finance partner.
Mr Chapman has worked in the corporate finance sector as both adviser and principal for the last 16 years.
He was a key member of Ernst & Young’s private equity team and more recently a partner at Baker Tilly where he led the Birmingham mergers and acquisitions team.
As a qualified chartered accountant, Mr Chapman has particular expertise across a range of sectors including manufacturing, specialist engineering, automotive, aerospace, healthcare, support services and IT.
Mr Chapman said: "I am looking forward to working with the corporate finance team at Burgis & Bullock, particularly with a view to strengthening the firm’s position in the corporate and private equity markets.
