BRI Asset Management has poached an ex-Killik & Co head of new clients, Hannah Edwards, to lead its new client development team.

Ms Edwards moves to the long-established West Midland asset management firm from London where she provided quality advisory work for private clients alongside regular appearances in the national financial media.

In her new role Ms Edwards will be responsible for strategic business development, developing the brand of BRI and widening the level of services offered both to existing and new clients.

Her appointment is a strategic move by BRI to widen their armoury and take advantage of a more focused business development approach.

BRI’s front office director Paul Cusack said “We are absolutely delighted Hannah is joining the BRI team. “She has earned a tremendous reputation for advising clients and working with their other professional advisers to provide them with first class investment solutions.

“This is an exciting time for BRI and Hannah’s appointment further strengthens our front office team.”

Ms Edwards said: “The initial experience for any client is absolutely critical in securing or engaging in a new mandate.

“BRI’s dedicated New Client capability ensures a more efficient and streamlined approach which is key in earning trust from clients and their other professional advisers.”

Originally from Worcester, Hannah returns to her home town with her husband and young son.

BRI Asset Management, based in Meriden, established its business over 30 years ago building its reputation for managing individual portfolios for private clients.
