Catalyst Corporate Finance is celebrating after being named M&A Corporate Finance Advisor of the Year at the annual M&A Awards.

The awards ceremony took place at the Park Plaza Hotel in London.

The M&A Awards, which are in their eighth year, seek to recognise firms that are delivering high quality advice on a repeat basis as evidenced by client testimonials.

In the last twelve months Catalyst has led a string of high-profile deals, including the sales of Addison Lee, Soreen, Williams Medical Supplies and Powwownow and the buy-outs of Inspired Thinking Group, Wellbeing Software Group and Public Safety Equipment International.

Andy Currie, managing partner at Catalyst, said: “I am delighted that Catalyst has won the accolade of M&A Corporate Finance Advisor of the Year which reflects the hard work of everybody at Catalyst in the last year. It is a pleasure to work with some of the world-class businesses we have advised and I see considerable grounds for optimism looking forward.”
