Birmingham-based recruitment firm Charles Fellowes is back on the expansion trail with the formation of a new division, several senior appointments and a move to prime city centre offices.

The newly-launched division, Charles Fellowes Executive, will focus on sales and marketing, IT, procurement and HR, complementing the firm's established specialisms in law, property and construction.

Heading it up is new arrival Martin Luise, a qualified lawyer with substantial experience in these sectors.

Mr Luise is joined by specialist recruits Tim Ryan, Andrew Grigg, Mark Reeves and Helen Sewart.

Charles Fellowes Executive will be based at new city centre offices at Number One, Col-more Row, Birmingham.

The firm, one of the largest independent recruiters in the country, also has offices in London, Manchester and Brussels.

Founder and managing director Tony Tomkins said: "We are absolutely delighted to welcome Martin and his team to Charles Fellowes. They are highly-skilled individuals with a wealth of contacts and a depth of experience.

"Our aim is to quadruple our turnover within the next five years by exploiting new territories and outperforming our competitors."
