A new Coventry estate agency has turned to IT as it bids to become a market leader in the city.
Wilson Quinn, which was founded earlier this year by Maxine Wilson after a decade in the industry, has enlisted the help of Harry Shaw Business Computers to equip its New Union Street offices with the most modern facilities.
The estate agency has placed two new computers in its office and it allows potential homebuyers to tap straight into the company's system to see the properties that are available.
Harry Shaw Business Computers, which is based in Bedworth, installed Broadband for Wilson Quinn through CW2000 - a strategic initiative which enables small and medium-sized businesses exploit the value of broadband technologies.
Maxine Wilson said: "I had pretty much written off June in my business plan but it actually went really well and I am delighted with the feedback so far.
"The idea of setting up computers for potential buyers to access while they wait has worked really well."
Anthony Woods, of Harry Shaw Business Computers, said: "We have helped dozens of start-up companies through CW2000 and it has been a huge success.
"Wilson Quinn seem destined to become a very well-regarded agency."
