Black Country entrepreneurs are being encouraged to join ‘The Enterprise Network – 10 Club’ – a new networking group from Black Country Enterprise aimed at making setting up a business as easy as possible.
The launch event took place at the India Gates restaurant in Bilston and attracted more than 100 entrepreneurs and small business owners, many of whom had never networked before.
Sylvia Smith, of Wordsmith Consultants, will be guest speaker at the second event, on Tuesday 12 August from 6pm at the Dudley Priory Club and will focus on communications and networking skills.
Chris Cooper, head of Black Country Enterprise, said: “The Black Country was built on entrepreneurship and we are delighted to be helping so many continue this tradition. The network is specifically targeted at young businesses. We want Black Country Enterprise to be the first place people turn to when they are setting up a new business.”
