The Retail team at regional law firm Harvey Ingram is looking to get a pizza the action.

Consisting of partner Richard Miller, associate Lee Hennell, and solicitors Darren Smith and Caroline Sutcliffe, they were recently given a tour of Domino's Pizza's head office in Milton Keynes and Darren and Caroline received some hands-on experience of making pizzas at Domino's store in Wigston. The team began acting for Domino's last May and, to date, have been instructed on 40 acquisitions across the country.

Domino's aim is to have a portfolio of between 800 and 1,000 outlets by 2010.

During the recent tour, the Retail team discovered how the company produces over 900 dough balls an hour, turns them into pizza bases and makes the pizza toppings.

Mr Smith said: "It provided us with a fantastic opportunity to improve our understanding of the client's business so we can effectively satisfy their requirements."
