Midland company Systems By Design says it is heading for a record year after the best results in its history.
Demand for the commercial interiors specialist's services around the country, largely design schemes for office and commercial refurbishments for public and private sector clients, has seen turnover exceed £5.5 million in the first six months.
The client list ranges from professional service providers to blue-chip companies including TMobile, Porsche and the NEC in Birmingham.
Managing director Tony Eaves, who founded the 30-strong Henley-in-Arden company in 1989, said: "It is the most we have done in the first half of a year. It is great news, especially as our turnover tends to be higher in the second period. If that is the case this time, we are heading for our best ever. We have a growing reputation for quality work and our success is a tribute to the skills and dedication of the team of people we have here."
The continued growth in business has prompted expansion of the company's workforce.
Sally Pearson joins as construction administrator - a new role - and will be responsible for coordinating the building elements of each project. There are also to two new positions on the sales side.
Elliott Roberts joins as business development manager for the East Midlands region and Greg Stewart has been appointed as business development manager for the M4 corridor.
Mr Eaves added: "We are now keen to build on this success by bringing in new, talented members to help achieve our goals."
