Birmingham’s home-grown movie Turbulence has moved into its final phase as its cast and crew return to the city’s streets to shoot the final scenes.

The film is an indie musical comedy being made by producer/director team Natasha Carlish and Michael B Clifford, starring recent graduates of Birmingham School of Acting as well as extras from the city.

It tells the story of a group of 20-somethings chasing their dreams and is set in and around Moseley and Kings Heath.

The first draft of the film has now been completed and shown to a test group of university students, with the film-makers saying the feedback was positive.

Director Michael B Clifford said: "This is very much the hard graft fine tuning phase.

"One thing that’s keeping me focused and reminding me of the fun element of this film though is showing it to test audiences and enjoying it with them, as if it were the first time."
