Birmingham digital agency Traffic has developed an online training portal for a leading estate planning and asset protection provider.

The portal will enable Kenilworth-based Countrywide Tax & Trust Corporation to assess new recruits’ understanding of induction-level training whilst providing advanced-level development to over 3,000 advisers nationwide.

A series of interactive, editable modules will provide guidance on wills & trusts for asset protection, enabling advisers to offer the most suitable advice to clients.

Traffic has recently developed similar online training resources for Staffordshire & West Midlands Probation Trust and a Birmingham-based supported living group.

Clive Ponder, managing director at Countrywide, said: “New advisers are joining us all the time so we needed to ensure they remain fully versed in Wills & Trust procedure.

“The portal enables us to update training modules at any point, meaning our advisers can instantly access the latest knowledge and best practice.

“The end result is that our clients are provided with the best possible advice.”

Traffic director Phil Elwell added: “Most organisations are looking to maintain the highest levels of training and development whilst reducing associated costs.

“Our online training technology provides a source of continuous professional development and helps staff to engage and project the corporate brand.”
