EG Solutions, the Stafford-based business software company, has extended its contract with one of the largest bancassurance groups in the Nordic region.
The contract is for the use of the EP Operational Intelligence software in the group’s customer service division. It follows the successful implementation of an initial project in the Claims Areas of the same group during the second half of 2009.
The contract extension, which is EG’s third win in the Nordic and Benelux area, will be worth £265,000 in the current financial year, and a further £300,000 during the full contract term of 5 years.

The project will be starting immediately.
