Creative agency RBH has won the brief to promote a boutique shopping complex in Birmingham city centre.

The Meriden-based agency will provide PR and social media services to Great Western Arcade in Colmore Row.

The full-service agency was appointed following a competitive pitch and has been tasked with further raising the profile of the shopping destination and supporting its unique mix of retailers.

RBH said this latest win added to its growing portfolio of clients within the retail, leisure and lifestyle sectors.

PR director Rebecca Williams said: "We're delighted to have been appointed by Great Western Arcade to further drive awareness and footfall to its 30 plus retailers and restaurants.

"It's a great local win for RBH and we're looking forward to supporting them and building on their success."

James Roberts, Great Western Arcade's centre manager, added: "RBH delivered some great ideas in the pitch and demonstrated a clear understanding of our offering.

"We're confident they will use their extensive retail experience to deliver a creative and strategic campaign that tells our story in the most effective and engaging way at what is an exciting time for the arcade."

RBH's other clients include Peugeot, Birmingham Airport, Hammerson and Jaguar Land Rover.
