West Midlands IT specialists Quiss Technology has landed a contract to work with a national holiday cruise travel business.
Quiss will provide all the IT support for www.cruise.co.ukltd, which specialises in organising premium cruise travel all over the world. The company that was once part of the Carnival Corporation is expanding its operation following a management buyout. It takes bookings online and by phone supported by a team of 70 advisers.
"IT is core to this company's operation and if the technology does not work they do not have a business. Our role involves providing a full suite of support from installing hardware and software as well as maintaining the system," said Andy Michael, managing director of Quiss Technology.
Mr Michael recently returned from South Africa, where he was supporting clients at Soccer Ex, the international football exhibition.
