Staffordshire hi-tech specialist Parker Software is building on 50 per cent growth in its global customer base in just 12 months with the launch of a new business development manager.

Ian Rowley joins a team of six working for clients across the UK, Europe and the US and will use expertise gained over 11 years in the IT and Telecoms industry to assist with the growth of Stoke on Trent-based Parker Software. Ian said: “As more and more people do business on the Internet, websites need to become more interactive with web visitors and companies need to engage more with web customers through regular updates, emails and customer service requests.

“Increasingly therefore, companies are looking for a broader integrated software capability that can offer an easy and secure way of both engaging customers in real time at the point of entry to a website and also using the information on customer contact and order forms to keep in touch with that customer and manage their customer service requirements.
