Search and social digital marketing agency Ricemedia has won a string of new clients following a recent move to Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter.

The 17-strong agency will be working with the new Park Regis hotel in Broad Street to support its digital marketing strategy.

Ricemedia will also support the hotel's Japanese restaurant Rofuto which offers diners a 360 degree panoramic view across Birmingham's skyline from the hotel's 16th floor.

In addition, TV hypnotist Paul McKenna has signed up the agency to work on his social media campaigns, having previously used Ricemedia to design a self-help app.

The agency's commercial director Sam Hufton said: "Ricemedia's decision last year to relocate from Digbeth to the city centre has been a wise one.

"It has allowed us a real insight into the city's ever-changing landscape and enabled us to move quickly when prospective clients have requirements.

"We are proud to have our HQ in Birmingham and working with the likes of Park Regis, the Staywell Hospitality Group's first hotel offering in Europe, is a great reminder of where our great city is going."
