Birmingham-based network and infrastructure company Netshield claims that outsourcing could save businesses over a day in IT failure and down time a month.
Netshield, which has been working with Midlands-based organisations for over ten years, says that guaranteed response times is seen as the most important benefit to companies outsourcing IT.
Richard Carty, director at Netshield, said: "The decision to outsource your IT to an external company can be a difficult one.
"While there are a number of benefits, many companies are still worried about losing overall control.
