The Birmingham-based company behind the huge 'media eyes' at New Street station has bolstered its team with a quartet of new recruits.

Concept Sign and Display, which designs, manufactures and installs the digital media displays, has appointed two new project managers, Sam Cooper and Ryan Hobbs.

Also joining the team are estimator Annie Price and sales and project administrator Paul Howard.

Mr Cooper's experience includes eight years working in outdoor media, along with extensive contractual and commercial knowledge of multi-disciplinary projects.

He also has particular understanding of the rail industry and his remit as project manager includes capitalising on this insight as part of Concept's expansion plans.

Mr Hobbs will draw on his background in the construction industry and his specialist health and safety knowledge to ensure Concept complies with regulations to ensure safe delivery of projects.

Ms Price, who has a first class degree in construction management, will utilise her site management and quantity surveying experience to work closely with Concept's in-house design team and provide new and existing clients with accurate quotes.

Design graduate Mr Howard joins Concept with two decades of experience in the creative industries.

He has been recruited to the dual role of sales and project administrator to provide assistance with estimating, while also fulfilling project management duties.

Managing director Sean Morrough said: "Following an unprecedented year of growth for Concept, we have prioritised an investment in recruitment in 2016 to ensure we have the right team in place to respond to a huge increase in sales and to deliver on our ambitions for future growth.

"Sam, Ryan, Annie and Paul have all been recruited on the basis of their skills and experience, but also because they are passionate individuals who will make a difference to the operational success of the business."
