Her remit will involve building relationships with clients and managing the company's internal customer feedback programme.
James Robertson has joined Rant & Rave in the new role of head of alliances and partners.
He has more than 35 years of experience of working in big data, IT and customer experience at companies such as Microsoft and IBM.
His remit will be to establish a strong partner engagement strategy.
Chief executive Dennis Fois said: "Our technology enables our clients to create and maintain excellent relationships with their customers and we want, and need, to do the same in order to develop and grow.
"We want to scale the business and set the standard in the industry and I have great faith in our new members of staff to lead the company to success."
