Innovative Shirley firm Etrinsic is getting directly to the heart of a Midland housing association’s print management requirements.

Hard on the heels of two new Midlands-based contracts announced last month, Etrinsic has secured another local business win supplying housing association Midland Heart. In a contract worth an estimated £250,000 annually, the firm has been appointed to manage the association’s print procurement and production, including residents’ newsletters and communications, stationery and mailings.

Midland Heart is one of the country’s top ten housing and regeneration groups and the largest based in the Midlands. With £140 million annual turnover, it manages 32,000 homes and provides care and support services in over 6,000 settings.

“We will deliver the very best value and process efficiency to Midland Heart for its printed material,” Matt Bird, managing director, Etrinsic, said. “This is yet another brand new business win for Etrinsic in just a few months and further proof that companies and organisations are turning to us to help not only get the most from their current print spend but also to develop a strategic plan to deliver outstanding value for the future.”

Sarah Clee, head of marketing and communications for Midland Heart, said: “We were looking for a company who could see ahead and alter their working practices to get even better value for money for us. We awarded the contract to Etrinsic because we felt that they were best able to provide for our existing needs and, more importantly, to support the processes we wanted to adopt in the future.”

The company’s print management and marketing services includes print-buying and logistics, direct mail, creative design and data management.
