Birmingham PR consultancy Liquid has been appointed by Blaze Publishing to promote the new UK Game Fair in Warwickshire.

The national three-day event at Stoneleigh Park is a celebration of rural life and countryside pursuits and is expected to attract more than 100,000 visitors.

Influential figures and exhibitors who specialise in fishing, shooting, working dogs and rural land management will also feature at Stoneleigh.

Wes Stanton, organiser of the UK Game Fair and owner of Blaze Publishing, said: "We enlisted the support of Liquid to help promote our new event and drive ticket sales.

We have confidence that Liquid has the ability to do this and support the launch of our new show."

Liquid chief executive Elisabeth Lewis-Jones said: "We have considerable experience in supporting events, having worked with clients such as the Great Run Company to promote the Birmingham 10k and half marathon.

"We aim to help establish the UK Game Fair as the showcase event in the countryside pursuits calendar and reinforce the heritage of rural life at Stoneleigh, which previously hosted the Royal Show."

Liquid also works with the Irish Food Board, Federation of Quebec Maple Syrup Producers and Alsbridge.
