Knowle-based Quicksilver Public Relations is celebrating the new year with a hat-trick of client wins.

The consultancy has been appointed to handle media relations for PM Training, Stoke’s leading training provider.

The organisation, which tackles worklessness among young people, has provided training and work placements for nearly 9,000 people since it was established 27 years ago.

Quicksilver PR, formed in 2002, has won contracts with Make Your Mark, a national government-backed campaign to inspire enterprise, and PeopleServe, the jobs and training provider which operates from eleven centres across the West Midlands.

Quicksilver communications director Jeremy Kemp said: “Organisations are becoming increasingly aware of the impact of PR as a means of differentiating themselves and opening up new markets. Trading conditions may be challenging, but savvy clients recognise it’s no time to become invisible, and PR offers more ‘bangs for your buck’ than other marketing tools. Our ethos is simple: to excel in delivering intelligent communications solutions, which get clients noticed, remembered and talked about.

“Contract wins such as these are key to our growth objectives and reflect the calibre and experience of Quicksilver PR’s account handling team.”

Quicksilver PR, whose clients include the LHA-ASRA housing and regeneration group, provides marketing communications solutions for clients in the public, private and voluntary sectors.
