Summersault Communications, which works with top FTSE 500 and public sector clients around the UK, won three Awards of Excellence at the recent Communicators in Business (CiB) national awards in Brighton.

Working with client Severn Trent Water, Summersault won the Award of Excellence for the internal news magazines category for employee magazine Talkabout.

Nuffield Hospitals – ‘A Passion for Care’ won an Award of Excellence for the corporate/promotional brochure category and McDonald’s picked up an Award of Excellence for its staff magazine MDUK in the internal magazines category.

All three titles are planned, written, edited and designed by Summersault Communications.

Managing director Gail Franks said: “We’re delighted our work has been recognised by industry peers as excellent pieces of communication.

“The real result for Summersault though is knowing that our communications strategies and publications continue to have a major impact on the organisations we work with to engage and involve their employees in their businesses.”

The CiB National Awards are considered the UK’s biggest and most prestigious business communication awards, recognising the very best in business communications. The 2008 CiB Awards attracted nearly 800 entries, all of which were evaluated through a three-stage judging process.

Leamington-based Summersault’s Communications’ clients include: Birmingham Midshires, Booker Cash & Carry, Camelot, Danone, Greencore, Group 4 Securicor, McDonald’s Restaurants Limited, MITIE Group, National Grid, Welsh Assembly Government, and TUI UK (including Thomson Holidays).
