Creative firm i-wave, which specialises in changing public, customer and staff perceptions of companies, has relocated from Warwick to the University of Warwick Science Park’s Blythe Valley Innovation Centre in Solihull.

The firm has worked with a number of big-name organisations since it was set up more than five years ago, including Hewlett Packard, Schlumberger, Capgemini and the Home Office.

Robin Burton, i-wave joint founder and managing director, said: “What we do here is change the way customers, staff and others think about an organisation. People are emotional and intuitive beings and we need to tap into that if we are to change the way that they think.

“Our unique process involves us immersing ourselves in our clients’ business and helping them to realise the changes they want.”
