Jeff Banks’ corporate clothing firm Incorporatewear has appointed Hopwood Public Relations to manage its PR.

The Coleshill-based company has tasked the East Midland agency with taking its profile to a higher level among global purchasers of corporate clothing, including airlines, retailers and the financial sector.

Incorporatewear’s clients include Barclays Bank, Premier Inn, Stagecoach, Beaverbrooks and London Midland and East Midland Trains. Chris Wood, Incorporatewear’s marketing and finance director, said it had chosen Hopwood PR because of the agency’s business-to-business track record and creative ideas.

He said: “I believe the Hopwood team are ideally placed to take our public image to the next level.

“We recognise their ability to work with both traditional media and newly developing communication channels which I think will prove to be incredibly exciting.

“In corporate wear terms, we see this as a great fit.”

Celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, Hopwood provides PR and marketing services for businesses, charities and public sector organisations.

It has been nominated for, and won, a number of regional Chartered Institute of Public Relations awards including Best Business to Business Campaign, Best Charity Campaign and Best Low Budget Campaign.

Managing director Duncan Hopwood said: “We’re delighted to be able to work with Incorporatewear. We are particularly attracted by a company that is a genuine leader in its field with a reputation for design quality and technological innovation. Incorporatewear has a fantastic client list and clearly stands out to us as the most compelling player in this competitive market.”
