A Dudley IT support company notched up a double win in the Midlands awards for ‘switched on’ companies.
James Cash, managing director of James Cash and Co, picked up the Brite Spark award at the switched-on Gala Awards Evening at the National MotorcycleMuseum.
And one of James’ team, Mark Poulding, was runner-up in the First Impression category.
The 2008 Business Awards Gala Evening, in partnership with Business Link in the West Midlands, was presented by Rachel New from Ed & Rachel Breakfast on 100.7 Heartfm and saw over 275 guests celebrate the achievements of The Midlands’ up-and-coming individuals in eight categories.
The Brite Spark award recognises someone who has demonstrated the ability to drive their business forward and to inspire people.
James Cash and Co has seen excellent growth over a year in provision of IT support to businesses.
The firm’s package of 24/7 responsive IT support, including a clever remote support system, has proved a winning formula.
Mr Cash said: “We’re having a fantastic year and achieving recognition with these awards is the icing on the cake. We’ve doubled our number of contract customers.”
