Software and IT services group Innovise has boosted its range of services after agreeing to pay £800,000 for web-hosting company RapidHost Ltd
The cash and share deal will allow Brierley Hill-based Innovise to bring together RapidHost’s system hosting capability within its own Software Solutions division.
Mike Taylor, the chief executive of AIM listed Innovise, said: “There are two major gains for the division. First, in our fast growing ‘software as a service’ ‘usiness, RapidHost will allow us to improve and differentiate our offering versus competitors that lack hosting applications.
“Secondly, the addition of system hosting to the remote management capabilities of our managed service practice means that we can now offer the full spectrum of services to existing and new clients,” he added.
