Coventry Building Society donates cash to arthritis support group

A Midland building society has donated £1,040 to an arthritis support group.

A Midland building society has donated £1,040 to an arthritis support group.

The Coventry Building Society Charitable Foundation gave the grant to the Wolverhampton Rheumatology Support Group (WRSG), which offers a services for people who have arthritis, as well as organizing fundraising events, social outings and practical advice via a helpline and newsletter. Coventry Building Society Charitable Foundation is administered by Birmingham and Black Country Community Foundation.

Emma Brodie, Coventry Building Society’s senior community officer, said: “The WRSG do a fantastic job and we are delighted to support them.

“Their newsletter offers valuable advice and information for its members and it is very important that this service continues.”
