Two consultants from a Birmingham marketing communications agencies landed silver at a top industry awards ceremony.
Nick Trueman and Jules Kerby of Fleet Street-based Seal Communications scooped the prize in the PR Collateral category at this year's Public Relations Consultancy Association (PRCA) FrontLine awards.
Seal was the only agency outside of London and the Home Counties to collect an accolade.
Nick, senior account manager at Seal, said: "For a Birmingham agency to win a Frontline award shows that the region's agencies can compete on the national stage".
The pair won the award for their 'Guide to PR' service for Punch Taverns, a support package to encourage pub licensees to raise their own media profiles.
Seal designed and printed a handbook containing guidelines on identifying a good story, interviewing techniques, use of creative photography and writing press releases. A hotline was also set up to provide expert advice and tips to Punch's pub entrepreneurs.
