A Black Country business park is proving a popular location for existing and growing companies after two thirds of a new development were snapped up by occupiers.
Development giant St Modwen has only three units remaining at its Walsall Enterprise Park having just completed nine as part of the latest phase of the development.
“To date, Walsall Enterprise Park has created almost 200 new jobs in Walsall attracting a range of local and national businesses, primarily in the manufacturing and distribution sectors,” Jonathan Green, surveyor for St. Modwen, said.
“The site benefits from not only being excellently located for reaching the M6 and wider motorway network but also offering occupiers high specification units with substantial yard areas in a secure environment,” Mr Green continued.
The quality of the enterprise park has led to it establishing a strong reputation locally and one which is continuing to attract businesses to Walsall, as demonstrated by the take up on this latest phase.
“Occupiers looking to locate to these final units will not only benefit from being situated on a high-quality enterprise park but also the opportunity to become part of a dynamic new business community.”
Andrew Dixon & Company and Fraser Wood were appointed by St. Modwen as agents for the Walsall Enterprise Park scheme.
