A sports nutrition company which works with teams and organisations including England Rugby League, Birmingham City FC and Welsh Cycling has relocated its HQ to Longbridge.
Established in 1999, Ultimate Sports Nutrition has taken 6,426 sq ft on the top floor of the Seven House office building in the new Longbridge town centre - moving from its previous home in Bromsgrove.
Managing director Jason Oakley said: "We are excited to join the growing business community at Longbridge and to have outstanding transport connections and amenities on our doorstep.
"Our new space at Seven House reflects our ambitions as a global firm to continue our trajectory of growth."
Mike Murray, senior development surveyor from property firm St Modwen which is regenerating Longbridge, said: "This landmark letting is evidence of Longbridge's reputation as a sought-after business address, which is attractive to a whole range of industries.
"We're seeing an exciting business community evolving at Longbridge."
St Modwen is carrying out a £1bn, long-term regeneration of the south Birmingham town following the demise of MG Rover in 2005, including the region's largest Marks & Spencer store which will open on November 4.
