Resource Group have taken two floors at at Teme House in Worcester.
The company have taken 14,000 sq ft at the scheme at Whittington Hall - the largest letting in Worcester for nearly five years.
Resource Group, which has been a leading provider to blue-chip companies of manpower support services for the aerospace and aviation industries for the past 15 years, will be relocating their UK headquarters from central Worcester to the scheme.
Paul Martin, business services director of Resource Group said: “We are expanding at such a rate that we needed to consolidate our three existing offices in Worcester into one building. Teme House proved to be an ideal location for us.”
