King Sturge’s Birmingham office has expanded its planning team with three new recruits.

Pritesh Shah, Tim Farley and Anna Johnson have been appointed to build on the successes of planning partners, Peter Leaver and Elle Cass to assist with the growing range of work.

Current projects include recent big wins providing advice to Network Rail for its 70-acre site at Pride Park Derby, to Scottish Capital for two sizeable brownfield regeneration sites in the Black Country, an urban extension in Leicestershire and a large foodstore proposed in Birmingham.

Pritesh, from Atisreal London, and Tim, who spent eight years working in Birmingham, bring experience of large mixed-used schemes and strong front-line negotiating.

Anna is from Seattle and is completing a one-year masters in Urban & Regional Planning at Birmingham University.

All three add to what Mr Leaver, King Sturge’s head of planning describes as a well balanced property-facing team. “We understand client’s needs and assist in delivering commercially viable schemes that will get off the ground,” he said.
