St Modwen completes first phase of Whitley Business Park in Coventry

St Modwen has announced the completion of the first phase of construction works at its £13 million Whitley Business Park in Coventry.

Set in 93 acres, the landmark business park envisages the provision of up to 1.1 million sq ft of office and industrial accommodation adjacent to Jaguar’s research and development centre in the city.

Now complete, the first phase of building works comprises 49,578 sq ft of accommodation on the first phase of the development called Lakeside. The space is spread across six separate Grade A office buildings ranging in size from 2,800 sq ft up to 26,000 sq ft.
