The great and the good of the Birmingham regional property market were given a shot in the arm – the body, the leg and the head – at an event at Blythe Valley Business Park in Solihull.
Around 45 of the market’s leading agents were shown around the business park – before taking part in a full-blooded game of paint ball branded ‘The Battle of Blythe Valley Park’.
Kate Smith, of Liberty Property Trust UK, developers and asset managers of the Park, said: “We invited commercial property agents from around the region to showcase the opportunities that we have here and frankly to let off a little steam at what has been a challenging year for all.”
“By holding the paintball event on the Park we were able to ensure that they saw the available development plots as well buildings up close and personal. In fact most of them left covered in the development plots.
“The day was all about having fun, settling a few old scores and it was a great morale boost for all of the teams involved.”
The top team received membership gift certificates to the Virgin Active gym located on the park.
This year the park has succeeded in attracting Caterpillar Financial, Balfour Beatty and Enzen Global into new premises totaling more than 30,000 sq ft.
