The Birmingham office of property consultants Bruton Knowles has received a boost with the appointment of David Pugh as partner.
Mr Pugh was formerly a partner with King Sturge in Birmingham, prior to the firm’s merger with Jones Lang Lasalle in May last year. His skills are in professional services including non-domestic rating, landlord and tenant, and valuations.
Ian Pitt, partner at Bruton Knowles and head of the Birmingham office, said: “David is a highly regarded and well-known property professional whose breadth of experience and expertise, particularly in ratings, will make him a huge asset to the team.
