Property consultancy Sanderson Weatherall has boosted its Birmingham team with two new appointments.

James Cartwright joins the firm as associate partner and Beverley Stamps as surveyor.

The pair will focus on delivering property valuations, agency and property management across the firm's growing client base in the Midlands including Barclays Bank, Paragon Bank, Nationwide Windows and Co-operative Group.

Mr Cartwright joins the firm with nine years of experience as a chartered surveyor including in property valuations for the healthcare sector as well as providing business rates advice.

Ms Stamps has been recruited after graduating from Reading University where she studied estate management.

Prior to completing her degree, she gained experience in the sales, letting and management of both residential and commercial property.

At Sanderson Weatherall, she will be working towards her Assessment of Professional Competence qualification.
