New images have been revealed showing how the interior of the iCentrum technology hub in Birmingham will look when it opens next year.
It is hoped the £8 million complex, which is being built by Thomas Vale Construction on the Innovation Birmingham Campus, will create 400 jobs and provide a home for new and growing technology companies.
A string of deals have already been signed ahead of the opening on March 18 including plans for a new digital health incubator and a partnership with business incubator DMZ, based at Ryerson University in Toronto.
The new CGIs (see gallery above) show how the atrium and open-plan office space inside the new three-storey building will look.
Totalling more than 42,000 sq ft, iCentrum is the first of four planned buildings on land next to Faraday Wharf in Holt Street, the HQ of Innovation Birmingham Campus.
