New pictures have been revealed which show the current state of one of the city centre's largest residential developments.
One Hagley Road, also known as Metropolitan House, is undergoing a major renovation programme to create 271 apartments on the west end of Broad Street.
The development has proved popular as all of the units were snapped up by a mix of owner-occupiers and investors just a few months after the building was acquired by Seven Capital.
Construction group Colmore Tang, which has released the photos above, is spearheading the redevelopment of One Hagley Road and the neighbouring Park Regis hotel on the opposite side of Five Ways Island.
It is also set to start work on redeveloping the Broadway building, making a trio of projects at Five Ways.
One Hagley Road is one of many buildings in the city designed by renowned architect John Madin.
