A quartet of lettings totalling almost 30,000 sq ft have been completed at Monkspath Business Park in Solihull.

Bunn Corporation, the American coffee machine manufacturer, has taken a 7,815 sq ft unit, which will be used as a logistics hub, training centre and showroom, while a 10,384 sq ft unit has been let to MHC Cars which trades as I-Auto, a car servicing and repairs franchise.

Both lettings have been secured on ten-year leases.

A five-year lease for 5,399 sq ft has been secured to construction industry fixing products company Rite-Fix and existing tenant Unielectronics has expanded its e-commerce business, which supplies ink cartridges, toners and printer refill kits, by taking a 5,351 sq ft unit.

Quoting rents at Monkspath Business Park are £5.75 per sq ft and joint agents are GVA and GBR Phoenix Beard acting on behalf of owner Conerstone Real Estate Advisers which purchased the site in March 2013.

Graham Barker, managing director and UK asset manager of Cornerstone, said: "We identified significant asset management opportunities when buying the estate, which included undertaking a £1 million refurbishment on a rolling basis.

"Our investment is paying off with these additional four lettings taking us ahead of our acquisition business plan forecasts."

Existing tenants include Farmfoods, Shred-it and Bardello, a health and fitness operation, which has recently expanded by moving from a 7,848 sq ft unit into a 10,379 sq ft building.
