An NHS trust is relocating across the Black Country to a new base.

The Black Country Partnership NHS Foundation Trust will move from Delta House in West Bromwich to Quayside House in Oldbury, having agreed a deal to take the entire, 17,127 sq ft building at a rent of £11.75 per square foot.

Quayside House is less than a mile from the M5 and provides self-contained modern open plan office accommodation with 80 on-site car parking spaces.

The building also benefits from being located adjacent to Oldbury Retail Park and a Sainsbury’s supermarket.

Douglas Bonham, director of Colliers International in Birmingham which worked on the deal, said: "The BCPFT was looking to relocate to more modern office accommodation in a central location that was easily accessible for their staff, who commute from across the region.

"Quayside House provided the ideal solution for the trust."

Colliers International advised the landlord while Black Country Partnership NHS Foundation Trust was advised by Checkleys Chartered Surveyors.
