Birmingham based Fusion Building Consultancy is continuing to expand its operation, with its latest recruit – Rob Bidmead.

Relocating from Brighton, Mr Bidmead will start his Assessment of Professional Confidence (APC) training with Fusion and support directors on their growing portfolio of business.

Fusion is currently project managing Coventry-based CPP Global Holdings’ relocation to the former Jaguar Browns Lane plant and is working with Moog and Eurofins, who are both moving to i54.

Steven Jelfs, managing director of Fusion, said: “It’s not so much about previous experience but personality and individual drive. Our business has grown because people like working with a small close-knit team that they can rely on us to get the job done. Graduates can learn the technical skills required. The hardest element to find is people with the right attitude who will go that extra mile to get the job done.”
