The Post's nostalgic blended images feature is back - and this time Edgbaston stadium, the Birmingham law courts and high streets of Erdington and Moseley are among those getting the treatment.

It is a simple process - two photographs taken from the same, but decades apart, blended together digitally to show quite how drastically things change.

Tens of thousands of people viewed the first iteration, where pictures from Church Street, Sheepcote Street and Corporation Street, Kings Heath and Solihull were blended together.

Pictures from our archives of the Black Horse Pub, in Sparkbrook, Longfellow Road, in Northfield, and Acocks Green are also in focus this time round, as show in the gallery above.

Nostalgia related to Birmingham in days gone by has never been more prominent, with successes like local website Brumpic and the Nicklin Unseen images taken in the 1950s and 1960s recently published in the Post.
