A trio of Birmingham businesses have taken new office space in Longbridge.

Transport planning and urban design consultant Phil Jones Associates has leased an additional 2,700 sq ft of offices at Seven House and is joined by mobile content specialist PM Connect which has relocated from the nearby Innovation Centre where the business was established in 2008.

Meanwhile, railway engineering consultancy AM Rail Group has chosen to locate its UK head office at Two Devon Way, taking a 1,550 sq ft unit on the first floor.

Birmingham-based property company St Modwen, which is leading the regeneration of Longbridge, developed the office suites at Seven House in 2013 as an option for start-up companies expanding out of the Innovation Centre.

The 18,000 sq ft building is also currently home to engineering consultancy Rodgers Leask and Partners and Flourish Education.

Mike Murray, development director at St Modwen, said: "We set out to develop Seven House's offering as the next step for expanding companies.

"That's exactly what we've seen with a number of our tenants, who have started out at the Innovation Centre and are now relocating to Seven House.

"Our latest letting to Phil Jones Associates - with whom we have worked closely on a number of our schemes across the UK - and AM Rail Group in Two Devon Way, means Longbridge now boasts major international and national brands across a variety of sectors who have chosen to locate their businesses here."
